We provide as a service to our customers free plaque
proof layout design services. We will communicate
about the design through phone, emails, fax or on
our website to avoid any misunderstanding or mistakes.
The customer must sign and approve our proof verification
form for any order to be processed. Once approved,
all orders must be paid in full to begin.
Terms for new accounts prior to approval and all
temporary accounts will be Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, C.O.D. (money order or certified check),
or pre-payment with order.
Our current manufacturing leaf-time is between 3-6
weeks for standard orders.
Get Plaques DOT com extends a two-week order cancellation
period by which the customer can cancel the order
and receive 50% of the purchase price. Written notice
must be received 2 weeks from the date of the proof
verification to cancel an order.
By signing the proof verification form you agree
that all moneys will be collected and that the order
has been approved.
All orders, including custom and non-custom bronze
plaques, bronze signs, and bronze portraits are non-returnable.
Warranty
Get Plaques DOT com warrants its product to be free
from defects in workmanship for the life of your product.
We will also warrant our product finish for 2 years.
Our warranty is in effect only if the product is purchased
directly through GetPlaques.com. Get Plaques DOT com
will issue a call tag to have the product shipped
back to our manufacture’s facility. At that
point we will make the determination on whether to
repair or replace the4 product.
Mounting
Mounting method must be specified with order. No
product will be shipped unless mounting method has
been determined. It is the responsibility of the customer
to provide proper specifications for mounting such
as space required for project, dimensions of existing
mounting holes, or type of material product will be
affixed to. Get Plaques DOT com will not be
responsible for any costs incurred due to poor or
improper installation. If a product finish is damaged
during installation we will refinish the product for
a fee of $50.00 plus shipping costs.
Photographs
or Artwork
Get Plaques DOT com is not responsible for lostor
damaged photographs or artwork during mailing or shipping
process. We strongly recommend that photographs or
artword be converted digitally and e-mail to us in
a .TIFF form with 300 dpi of resolution E-mail address
